How to estimate rehab costs

rehabs , rehabbing 1 Comment »

This webinar delves deeper into rehab costs.  Jerry Norton, a rehab professional in Pontiac, MI, shares his secrets for the "15 minute rehab estimate" with members of Nouveau Riche.  Jerry covers how to estimate costs for each item of a rehab project quickly and accurately.  Using photos of some of his work and tips he uses every day you'll gain insight into the rehab process no matter your experience level.

All aspects are covered from complete exterior to interior plumbing, electric, kitchen, bath, etc.  Please note that actual prices for materials and labor are shown on this webinar.  These prices reflect the Pontiac, MI market and should be adjusted for your market area.  The attached spreadsheet uses the same numbers.  ADJUST THESE TO FIT YOUR AREA!  Once you've done that you should only need to make adjustments as prices change.
