Many investors buy properties based solely on perceived value vs. some estimated value in the future. In this webinar we break down the actual income and expenses of a property into a useful format for making decisions based on income. ****** A couple of notes on this webinar. First, there was an error at the end in regards to income taxes. The speaker meant to give an example tax rate (in this case 28%) and then key in $468 for federal income taxes.
